Two-step verification for administrators
Administrator accounts that use the product's own sign-in must enter a one-time code from an authenticator app after the password. Users who sign in through SSO follow the customer's identity provider policy.
Permissions and data scope
Permissions are granted per function and action, and visible data is limited by department, partner, and operator.
Data protection
Personal data is masked by role, and sensitive fields are stored encrypted.
Document security
Attachments can be stored encrypted with a separate key for each file, according to policy, and previews show the viewer's details.
Audit and session control
Data change history cannot be altered through the application or ordinary database accounts, and administrators can end suspicious sessions.
Web and integration protection
User-authored documents open in an isolated view, and destination addresses are checked before calling external systems.
